Polygon provided temporary cooling for the retrofit of #1 and #2 turbines on a 900 Megawatt BWR Plant. Heat build-up during these shutdowns can create schedule delays due to the acclimation period for workers (as required by heat stress safety procedures).
Houston Fuel Oil needed to meet a deadline to store incoming crude oil, their painting contractor was challenged to complete two tanks within 28 days, versus a normal 60-day schedule.
